UWO Men’s Hoops moves to 20-1, unbeaten in league play

Team reached 10-0 mark in Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play

With just four regular season games remaining, the UW Oshkosh Men’s Basketball team is having a historic year. The #3 nationally ranked team is undefeated in league play at 10-0, and 21-1 overall. Their sole loss came way back on November 17 to Wheaton College (Ill).

UWO sits alone in first place of the WIAC with a two game lead. The remaining stretch will test the Titans, with games against teams sitting in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in the league. Three of the remaining games are on the road.

The final regular season home game is scheduled for Saturday, February 9 at the Kolf Center. The game is at 5pm.

The Titans have four players averaging double figures in points, including All-American candidate Ben Boots (pictured above).

UWO is a near-lock for the DIII NCAA tournament, and will be the favorite to win the WIAC regular season and conference tournament.
