Paloma Modern Kitchen has reopened its doors following a month of transition which has seen the once taco bar become a unique destination for modern American cuisine crafted from locally-sourced ingredients. Head Chef Ryan Nolan will continue to manage the kitchen and shifting menu.
Paloma, located at 1160 Emmers Lane on the west side of Oshkosh, says they specialize in refined Wisconsin dining. According to their website, “Refined Wisconsin Dining is a modern culinary reflection of everything that makes Wisconsin great. Our local produce, locally raised and sustainable proteins, our passion for great dairy. It’s, however, not limited to just what our state produces but it’s also a celebration of our diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Melding all of these things together to keep Wisconsin cuisine and culture moving forward.”
The restaurant is open Tue-Sat at 4pm, with reservations accepted by calling 920.230.2735.
