Paloma reopens with refined menu, focused on locally sourced from-scratch cuisine

Paloma Modern Kitchen has reopened its doors following a month of transition which has seen the once taco bar become a unique destination for modern American cuisine crafted from locally-sourced ingredients. Head Chef Ryan Nolan will continue to manage the kitchen and shifting menu.

Paloma, located at 1160 Emmers Lane on the west side of Oshkosh, says they specialize in refined Wisconsin dining.
