On the latest edition of Eye on Oshkosh, host Cheryl Hentz talks with Oshkosh Area School District superintendent, Dr. Vickie Cartwright. Much of the conversation focuses on the recent closing of Smith Elementary and issues related to it. Other topics include deferred maintenance at other schools in the district, how the district plans to handle any school threats, teacher retention, diversity in hiring, and current enrollment.
