Mexican-fusion menu giving way to “refined Wisconsin dining”

Paloma Restaurant, a west side eatery specializing in “Mexican fusion” cuisine, has closed its doors for the next several weeks while it develops a new menu.

The owners posted this message on the restaurant’s website:

Chef Ryan Nolan would like to introduce the city of Oshkosh and the Fox Valley to his version of Refined Wisconsin Dining. This concept will be based on a made from scratch kitchen using only the freshest ingredients available to us and highlighting Chef Nolan’s creative twist on Wisconsin dining. We will be pairing this great food with wine, craft beer, and craft cocktails.

Paloma Modern Kitchen will be relaunching under our Refined Wisconsin Dining concept on Friday evening, June 1, 2018. Please join us on this transformation journey by staying in touch with us on Facebook as we make these changes.

Paloma had received strong ratings on Google, with somewhat weaker reviews on Yelp.
