On the latest edition of Eye on Oshkosh, host Cheryl Hentz talks with Oshkosh Food Co-op board members Brenda Haines and Tracy Vinz about the development of the co-op and the momentum they’ve gained over the last year. With a capital campaign underway and an anticipated groundbreaking for May 2020, the co-op will be the only one in Northeast Wisconsin. If all goes according to plan, the co-op would open to the public, including member-owners, in early 2021. You can join or learn more about the co-op at oshkoshfoodcoop.com.
