Join the League of Women Voters of Winnebago County on Wed. June 19, 5:00-7:00 pm, at The Howard, 405 Washington Ave., Oshkosh. We are celebrating the 100th anniversary of Wisconsin becoming the first state to ratify the 19th Amendment which granted women the right to vote.
